RETURN POLICY
- Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories in the original packaging.
- We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We may issue a partial partial refund for used products or products returned without the original packaging.
- Any merchandise/product that has been installed cannot be returned unless deemed to be defective.
- All special order returns are subject to 25-35% restocking fee plus return freight to the manufacturer.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS – Customers are responsible for inspecting products for defects or damage at the time of delivery. For home deliveries, you must call (404) 351-5010 to report the damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.
Online Order is Damaged or Missing Parts
- If an order arrives damaged or incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact Customer Support at (404) 351-5010 within 30 days of delivery for resolution.
- Cash or check purchases exceeding $1,000 may be refunded by check only.
- Special Order returns or cancellations may be subject to a 25 -35% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for the freight cost to return to the original vendor.
